This is the amount you now contribute or intend to contribute to your health insurance plan. For existing deductions, this amount could be deductions already being taken from your paycheck for a traditional health insurance premium or for payroll deductions/contributions to an existing HSA plan. Enter the annual (12 month) cost of your traditional health insurance premium. Then, enter the amount you intend to contribute to your HSA. For your convenience, Simplicity Health Plans has automated its Members’ payroll deductions which are tranferred electronically from your Employer to our FDIC insured Banking Partner.
